Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Pratidhwani Music Academy.
Student Initiated Cancellations: Students wishing to cancel their enrollment must notify the academy in writing. The refund policy detailed above will apply. For individual lessons, a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule without penalty. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
Academy Initiated Cancellations: Pratidhwani Music Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, low enrollment). In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course or receive credit.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling of group courses is subject to availability and administrative approval. Individual lesson rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Please contact the academy directly for rescheduling requests.
All content, course materials, programs, and designs provided by Pratidhwani Music Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Pratidhwani Music Academy or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.
